Would you like to order a custom item? Do you want to match other handmade items ? for example a set of place mats, table runner, and hot pads that all match. A matching set —Tote bag, pocket purse, checkbook purse, and handbag. Just contact me.
Do you see something you like but need it in a different color or larger/smaller size? I will make a custom creation for you.

Please be sure to read my item descriptions and my policies before you make a purchase. I want to make sure you are happy with your creative purchases. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let me know and I will do what I can to correct the problem.
Resale of one or any of my crafty creations:
If you purchase an item from my website for resale, you must include my name and address and website with the sale. I would be glad to send you business cards to include with each item. Thanks!
Payment Options:
I accept Credit Card/Paypal payment method for the online items.
If you live in Wisconsin, a 5.5% sales tax will be charged when you complete your Paypal transaction for purchasing an online creation.
Paypal for gift certificates for quilting.
Paypal for a Make a Payment Button to pay for your quilting with a credit card.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is received, unless it is a custom made item and then I will let you know by email when it will be shipped.
If you order on a Friday night or on the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday. After your payment has been processed for your order, I will ship the following business day via the US Postal Service Priority Mail within the US. I use the USPS boxes and I reuse clean packing materials whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges of Online purchases:
I want to make sure you are satisfied with my handmade creations. When I order from others I expect premium quality, as that is what I want you to receive from my online shop.
Please contact me right away – within 2 business days after receiving your order if you would like to return the item. Returns must be received within two weeks of receipt. Item must be returned to me in the condition it was received to receive credit for the item. Upon receipt at Marcia’s Crafty Sewing and Quilting I will refund the purchase price of the returned product — Excluding shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Additional Information:
My crafty creations in this shop are made with new and unique fabrics, vintage, and reclaimed fabrics and will be listed in the description for each item.

All items are created and made in a smoke free environment. I have 1 small no shed dog in my home, but not in my quilt shop, so technically your item is pet free too.
